✈️ India Diary Sept/Oct 2026: Sourcing Unique Christmas Treasures & New Leather Designs (No AI Allowed!) 🪷🌅

Wow, what a whirlwind! 🎢 The six months since my last India trip have been a tough but incredibly happy blur.

This summer, our trade stand hit the road as usual! Huge thanks to everyone who visited us at our 4th Hickstead International Derby (June), New Forest Show (July), Fordingbridge Steam & Vintage Fest (August), and Longstock Rally (September) 🙌.

A massive highlight was honoring my late father’s legacy by exhibiting his vintage John Deere tractors David Hiscock Vintage John Deeres at the Earlcoate Construction & Folds Farm Charity Day again, [we have done this since the onset 9 years ago]. Together, we helped raise in excess of £30,000 for local charities! 🎗️ As a cancer survivor myself, words can't express how much this means. 

I am officially halfway through my 6-week working trip, and it is pure heaven for me working alongside my Leather Manufacturers again! ✨ We’ve been shooting real, raw reels on my iPhone. No AI here - what you see in my collections is exactly what you get! 📸 & working as always on new designs, it takes time to get it right!

This trip, I fulfilled a dream of expanding into artisan interior decor. I traveled beyond the Pink City of Jaipur networking and on into the stunning Blue City of Jodhpur, famous for high-quality handicrafts 💙.

I’ve curated a gorgeous collection of unique, one-off pieces coming soon under Christmas Gifts & Decor 🎄. Fun fact: one manufacturer I visited has hosted celebrity guests like Mick Jagger & Sting, so you know the quality is unmatched! ⭐

My New leather designs are in production, samples & approved samples. The highlight? Working with the factory street dog, Kay-Ji, who modelled our new hand-tooled collar collection! 🐶

I have 3 weeks left! My days are spent with the artisans, and my nights are spent uploading new stock.  In between my Indian family here have taken exceptional care of me as always 🙌❤️  Hotel White Rabbit is my Indian home ❤️
