Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs
For international returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
International Orders & Duties
- All duties and import taxes are included for eligible countries (including the United States)
- There are no additional charges on delivery
Please note:
- Any original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable
- Duties and taxes paid at checkout are not refundable once the order has been delivered
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care and beauty products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
